Caroline Bull
Lead Medical Advisor/Trainer
Caroline Bull is a HCPC registered Paramedic. Serving in the British Army as combat medical technician with operational experience in Afghanistan. Caroline brings 14+ years of industry experience in security, travel risk management, and medical response, to offer a holistic package to suit client needs.
Recently, Caroline has delivered medical training in various regions across Ukraine, to vulnerable communities in front line areas.
Caroline has a special interest in remote and austere medicine, alongside a passion for training and passing on life saving skills.
Tim Allen
Regional EP Lead- MENA
After spending 13 years in the US Army Special Operations. through 5 Deployments to the Midde East including Iraq, Afghanistan and all of the GCC countries Tim began his illustrious career in Executive Protection. Tim moved to Abu Dhabi and lived in the GCC since 2013.
As an Executive Protection Officer, Tim has been working with Cosain Consultancy in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Manama Bahrain. From fast paced Formula 1 appearances, to high flying experimental taxi test flights, Tim has worked through various deployments with VIP clients. Tim and his extensive back ground has allowed top of line service to clients throughout the Middle East.
Nkululeko Zulu
Regional MSA Lead- Africa
With a bachelors in Intelligence and International Relations, Nkululeko is dedicated Security Specialist with vast expertise and extensive experience in the security industry. Acquired through an illustrious career in the British Army’s Parachute Regiment, the subsequent dedicated service in Anti-Poaching, and multiple Media Safety roles in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
As the Africa Regional lead, Nkululeko has a broad and vast understanding of various culutural and geographic nuances in the region. Deploying the Cosain across the continent, he has worked as a strong media safety advisor with virus international networks
Kelly Morgan
Operations Coordinator
Kelly Morgan has worked within the security industry for over 10 years, building her career from the ground up and gaining extensive experience across a wide range of operational and management roles.
A dedicated, highly motivated security professional and qualified Close Protection Operative, Kelly has consistently delivered security services to the highest standards, meeting the demanding requirements of clients across both the public and private sectors.
Throughout her career, Kelly has developed strong organisational, communication, and project management skills, enabling her to effectively coordinate complex operations and support teams working in dynamic environments.
As Operations Coordinator at COSAIN Consultancy, Kelly brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical experience to the role. She is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, supporting client requirements, coordinating training programmes, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services across the business.
Kelly’s commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach make her a valuable member of the COSAIN Consultancy team.
